This Parrot Delivers A Stunning Rendition Of Beyoncé’s Hit ‘If I Were A Boy’
Recently, a parrot went viral because of his unique talent for impersonating Beyoncé. The parrot’s name is Chico and he does an amazing cover of “If I Were A Boy,” the hit song released in 2008.
Chico is from Lincolnshire Wildlife Park in Friskney, England. The talented parrot gets a lot of visitors and they filmed him singing, posted it on the internet, and it went viral. People are loving Chico.
A member of the Zoo administration named Sophie told Bored Panda more about Chico: “Chico is a wonderful little yellow-crowned Amazon parrot that gets on with both people and birds here at the sanctuary. He has resided here for a little over 18 months and without doubt, he’s one of the star attractions. Only being 9 years old means he has many years of entertaining in front of him and who knows, Simon Cowell may have started X-Factor for animals by then!”
Steve Nichols, the CEO of the park, had this to say: “After more than 25 years working with these amazing birds, they still never cease to amaze me. Who’d have ever thought that a parrot would cause social distancing problems due to being so popular.”
